CONDITIONS
FOR “USHER IN ABUNDANCE” PROMOTION
Duration: 29 December 2022 – 5 February 2023
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The "USHER IN ABUNDANCE" promotion (the "Promotion") comprises a lucky draw organised by COMO Group ("COMO") as defined in Clause 1.4 below. It is open to all registered members of the Comoclub Recognition Programme (“Comoclub”), known as Comoclubbers, aged 18 years and above (as at the date of their participating entry) who meet the minimum spending set out in Clause 2 below, except:
- 1.1.1. Directors and employees of COMO and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, all participating retail partners/shop tenants and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion;
- 1.1.2. Immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause 1.1.1 above. Immediate family members mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;
- 1.1.3. Any person whose participation in and/or association with the Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of COMO) COMO and/or the Promotion any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause COMO and/or the Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; or
- 1.1.4. Any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by COMO as being ineligible from time to time.
1.2. COMO reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Lucky Draw, and COMO may at any time before, during or after a Lucky Draw disqualify any person from participating in the Lucky Draw without providing any reason.
1.3. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to these terms and conditions ("T&Cs"). By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs, including any amendments, modifications and variations hereto which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant upon notification and/or publication by COMO.
1.4. Members of the COMO Group for the purposes of this Promotion include:

2. PROMOTION MECHANICS
2.1. During the Promotion Period from 0000hrs on 29 December 2022 to 2359hrs on 5 February 2023, every gross spend of SGD1,000 (in a single receipt or accumulated) with a valid Comoclubber account ID at any establishments across the COMO Group (as stated in Participating Outlets Below), ("Qualifying Spend") will entitle the Eligible Comoclubber to ONE lucky draw chance ("Lucky Draw"):
Every SGD1,000 spent = 1 chance;
2.1.1. To enter the Lucky Draw, Eligible Comoclubbers will have to:
- 2.1.1.1. Swipe a valid Club21 card or present a Comoclubber ID number at the point of purchase to record the purchase. If the Comoclubber ID is not verified or identified at the point of purchase, no Lucky Draw chances will be allocated.
- 2.1.1.2. Consent under the PDPA to the collection, use and disclosure of the Winner’s personal data by/to COMO and their agent or vendors of and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the terms of the General Notification On Personal Data Collection, Use & Disclosure for Comoclubber, a copy of which can be found on https://www.comoclub.com/web-privacy-policy. For avoidance of doubt, missing fields or invalid inputs will be disqualified.
- 2.1.1.3. Eligible Comoclubbers must ensure email and mobile contact particulars are valid and in use for Qualifying Spend to be retrieved. Particulars on the Comoclub account can be updated via the Comoclub Mobile Application for iPhone® or AndroidTM.
- 2.1.1.4 Calculation of Qualifying Spend is based on the transaction date of the gross spend made at participating establishments across the COMO Group.
- 2.1.1.5. Lucky draw chances accumulated are non-transferable and cannot be combined with the Lucky Draw chances accumulated by any other Eligible Participant.

2.2. In determining the total qualifying spend for the purpose of calculating the number of chances for the Lucky Draw, the net spend will be considered excluding amounts paid using vouchers as payment, during Bazaars, any sale location and on purchases at more than 60% off its retail price (regardless of purchase location), unless otherwise stated and delivery charges at SuperNature and Culina Singapore stores.
2.3. (a) Subject to Clause 2.2 above and save for amounts spent at outlets stated in Clause 2.3(b) below, purchases and/or transactions made at all Participating Outlets listed under Clause 2.1, are eligible to constitute the qualifying spend for the Lucky Draw; and
2.3. (b) For avoidance of doubt, purchases and/or transactions made at the following properties/outlets are not eligible to constitute the qualifying spend for the Lucky Draw: - Outlet by Club 21 - The list of Participating Outlets in the Promotion is subject to change by COMO at its discretion without prior notice.
2.4. Comoclubbers who meet the qualifying spend will have their chance automatically accorded in the system and they will be able to view the number of chances accumulated on the Comoclub app.
2.5. COMO reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet the criteria set out in these T&Cs.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER
3.1. There will be a total of 1 winner for the electronic Lucky Draw ("Winner"), consisting of the following Lucky Draw prize ("Prize"):

There is no limit to the number of entries, but each Eligible Participant is eligible to win only one prize.
3.1.1. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 13 February 2023 ("Draw Date"). Eligible entries from 29 December 2022 to 5 February 2023 will qualify for the Lucky Draw.
- 3.1.1.1. Unless COMO Club Pte Ltd (COMO) notifies otherwise, the Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of an external auditor on the above Draw Date at 3pm (or on such other dates as COMO may determine at its sole and absolute discretion) at 6B Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258332 or at such other venue as may be determined by COMO.
- 3.1.1.2. Winner will be notified on 13 February 2023 by COMO through email at their registered email address and contacted via telephone regarding the Prize collection details and for their consent to disclose or publish their information on the Comoclub website. In the event that COMO is unable to contact the winner for any reason through this first phone call, COMO will make a further two (2) attempts to contact the winner during office hours (9.00am – 6.00pm) over two consecutive days from the first call made. In the event that all such attempts are unsuccessful or if the winner does not provide us with his/her consent for his/her information to be published on the Comoclub website, COMO reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve winner drawn by COMO.
- 3.1.1.3. The results of the Lucky Draw will be published on the Comoclub website.
- 3.1.1.4. The winning Comoclubber must produce his or her email, phone number and a Comoclubber ID for verification purposes before the Prize is issued.
3.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
3.3. COMO may at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion and without assigning any reason, substitute any Prize with any other item of a similar value.
3.4. COMO shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from or in connection with the Promotion, the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prize.
3.5. Prize collection for the Lucky Draw is by 28 February 2023. If the winner of the Prize does not acknowledge the Prize he/she has won by the end of such stipulated period, COMO reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve winner drawn by COMO.
3.6. Any Lucky Draw Prize unclaimed by 28 March 2023 will be forfeited and will be dealt with at the sole discretion of COMO. Any participant whose Prize item(s) has been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. Failure to respond to any notification from COMO in relation to any Prize item won, or to provide any information or material required for the redemption/collection of any Prize item(s), shall be deemed to be a failure to claim/ redeem such Prize. COMO reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prize item(s) to charities of its choice.
3.7. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other denominations or other goods/services, and are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use.
3.8. COMO reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the Prizes(s) with any other item of its choosing.
3.9. COMO makes no warranties or representations (whether express or implied) on the quality, value, merchantability or suitability with respect to the Prize. COMO will not be liable or responsible for the quality, service or any defect/malfunction of the Prize and/or any loss, injury or damage that may be suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Prize or the use of the Prize. The winners and/or any other persons who benefit from the Prize shall accept and enjoy the Prize at their own risk.
3.10. COMO is not an agent of the manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers. Any dispute about the value, quality, condition or service standard of the Prize must be resolved directly with the respective manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize.
3.11. Any enquiries and redemptions regarding the Promotion should be directed to COMO. Agents of the manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers are not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1. COMO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any prize) to be in breach of the eligibility criteria contained in Clause 1. Any prize awarded will be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to COMO promptly.
4.2. COMO’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. 5.3. COMO and its authorised agencies shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold COMO harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by COMO in relation to the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw.
4.3. COMO reserves the right to vary the T&Cs at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.
4.4. This Promotion, Lucky Draw and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. COMO and all participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.
4.5. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision of these T&Cs, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded.
4.6. All participants acknowledge and agree that COMO will be permitted to collect the personal data of all participants for the purpose of the Promotion, Lucky Draw, statistical analyses, marketing and/or survey participation solely in respect of the Promotion (the "Relevant Purposes"). COMO may also disclose such personal data to any of its service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes.
4.7. All participants acknowledge and agree that COMO may match the data collected through this Promotion with other data that COMO holds about the participant. This enables the optimising of operations and services offered to participants through the Promotion and other platforms, such as providing relevant and personalised content designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable.
4.8. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of the personal data by COMO as described above. Participants may contact COMO to request a copy of their personal data held by COMO, correct any inaccuracies in such personal data or object to the processing of their information where this is justified. 4.11. 4.12. The terms and conditions for this Promotion may be revised from time to time at COMO’s sole discretion without prior notice.
4.13. COMO's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. COMO reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.
4.14. This Promotion is authorised under the Singapore Lucky Draw reference number LD/1046/2022.
