The art of flavour begins at the source. In this epicurean dining experience, Chinese Executive Chef Alec Khoo draws on years of quiet expertise to bring rare, seasonal ingredients to life.
Think imperial bird’s nest accented by Japanese daikon and simmered with thick chicken broth, braised spiny lobster giving savoury and succulent textures, egg noodle soup highlighted by beef brisket and honey peas – among other delicately crafted items on the menu.
