Pure Imagination Bean to Bar is a multi-year journey led by Chef-Artist Janice Wong that seeks to create true Singapore tree-to-bar chocolate. Along the way, she continues to work closely with farmers in cocoa-rich regions to blend small-batch chocolate. Her world-class R&D lab sits within central Singapore, and offers guests a chance to watch the laborious process while enjoying a comforting menu in the attached cafe.
