Pure Imagination Bean to Bar is a multi-year journey led by Chef-Artist Janice Wong that seeks to create true Singapore tree-to-bar chocolate. Along the way, she continues to work closely with farmers in cocoa-rich regions to blend small-batch chocolate. Her world-class R&D lab sits within central Singapore, and offers guests a chance to watch the laborious process while enjoying a comforting menu in the attached cafe.

Dive into the decadent world of chocolate where you will learn all about the process of chocolate making and what makes bean-to-bar chocolates stand out.
In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn the difference between a regular chocolate bar and a bean-to-bar chocolate
  • Observe how a bean to bar chocolate is made
  • Taste chocolate at various stages of its production
  • Appreciate the distinct flavours of chocolate from different origins

Join us for a hands-on exploration of chocolate making in this Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Journey workshop. Learn the art of creating chocolate from scratch, starting with the finest cocoa beans to moulding your very own chocolate bar with various toppings and colours.
