The German-born Chef Hoja, who has two Michelin stars under his belt, will present a menu of dishes that bring to mind key notes of a French autumn: highlighting savoury, rich and warm flavours, accented with herbs and smokiness — a nod to chillier climates, yet expertly tailored to enjoy in Singapore's tropical weather.
